What the new mining plan may entail

Here are 2 images from the 3Dgraphic
One shows the cover has been stripped away revealing the top of the ore and the sulphides in yellow are just poking out of the top of the ore.
The ore level to the right is 420m below surface , the sulphides are about 450m below surface and they’re showing the inferred next to the sulphides are lower.
I’m not too sure if that is accurate the few drill logs in that area indicate 450m from surface Had013 for instance.

The other graphic has taken a slice through showing the first 2 zones of the March 2022 mining plan.
This is the upper levels of the starter mine only involving the sulphides hardly any crackle breccia (shown in dark yellow) and cemented (blue).
This MRE for the starter mine was released about 12 months after Had013 results and the PFS 9 months later.
NB:- I feel this was rushed through to gain approval to mine.

The mine plan includes the Western, Eastern and Northern fronts with the latter shown nearest on the left, this front on the next level down disappears or retreats just leaving the Western and Eastern Fronts.
The sulphides disappear but high grade pods continue downwards.

In the PFS it states that 600,000 tons of inferred will be lost to dilution/waste together with 2% of the total gold.
The only place I can see that happening is from that blue shaded area, by 600m depth this shape diminishes to practically zero.
Very hard to find drills that pass through this zone there aren’t many.
3 that do are early ones HAD 007 &008 picked up weak crackle but HAD013 indicated higher grades.
HAD013 picked up 100.9m @ 2g/t and 0.48% copper
Included within that is 36m @ 4.1g/t and 0.84% cu.
This is indicating cemented breccia with the sulphides protruding through it, so there’s breccia either side of the sulphides.
These are only shown as crackle as found by 007&8.
This area is a prime candidate to be included into the new plan in my opinion.

Now looking at the west of the Dyke HAD014 and 013 pass through this zone between 0 and 600m depth.
That’s west of the Dyke
14 has 244.6m @2g/t &0.4% copper
Below it 13 has 162.3m @0.89g/t and 0.17% copper.
This has to be cemented breccia with those grades.
Extending the mining plan into the centre of the ore will add considerable volume/ tonnage to the mining plan extending the life of the mine.
It’s going to be more cost effective to remove the top 300m and then the next 300m rather than chasing the sulphides lower. Trucking out from here is the best viable method.
The Decline can continue lower but time pressure will be reduced.
Planning for a hoist can be implemented without time pressure and positioned to suit future deeper requirements.
