Viewed as a significant development in Australia SD announcements are getting good exposure re Australian stock market/investors etc.
They reckon GGP will have the strongest BOD for any mining company in Australia and with the Andrew Forrest connection and with Wyloo on board also to the tune of 60MAU$ with a further 60MAU$ option they forecast the promising gold producer GGP will just not be developing Havieron/other Explorations but are likely to be doing deals as well.
Currently to be classified as a secondary listing on the Australian market, a full listing might come in a few years time. SD they reckon is doing a fantastic job.
